Aged Care Manager

LINC has an excellent Management role to provide leadership in our aged care services.  The Manager role will need to have proven management skills, with a degree in social work, psychology, human services or Business.

We are seeking a manager to work with a small team to provide critical services to aged and frail people, within the Lithgow LGA.  The Commonwealth Home Support Programs provided by LINC, which form the responsibility of the manager are:

1. Meals on Wheels Services, with delivery to clients Monday – Friday.

2.Social Support for frail and aged care clients, including shopping assistance, lunch outings, and morning teas.

3.Overnight Respite Services for frail and aged care clients, with priority to people with dementia.

4. Day Centre Services for frail and aged care clients, with priority to people with dementia.

5. Home modifications and maintenance by our Licenced Builder.

The hours will be 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Finance Officer, Revenue (PPT)

The role will support finance department with attention to detail timely and accurate data entry into software systems. The role will be responsible for revenue from all partner organisations and areas of LINC businesses.

This role will ideally be suitable for an experienced accounting and financial background applicant with an eye for detail and time management.

The hours will be flexible, with up to 20 hours per fortnight initially with opportunity to grow and develop this new role over time.

Casual Disability Support Workers

Are you willing to work in a variety of areas such as a range of day activities, cleaning, cooking for fun and cooking for skills,  group homes, music, bike riding and driving to appointments.
